Yes. Warren Tricomi offers professional hair extension services at all three locations. We specialize in tape-in extensions and keratin-bonded (fusion) extensions, both of which provide natural-looking length and volume. Tape-in extensions are lightweight and lay flat against the head, making them ideal for fine to medium hair; they typically last six to eight weeks before needing to be moved up. Keratin-bonded extensions use individual strands fused to your natural hair with a keratin adhesive, offering a seamless blend that lasts three to four months. We also offer clip-in extensions for guests who prefer a temporary option for special occasions. A consultation is required before any extension service so your artist can assess your hair type, discuss your goals, and recommend the ideal method and amount of hair. After a color or balayage service, we recommend waiting at least 48 hours before shampooing to allow the color to fully set; use a sulfate-free, color-safe shampoo and conditioner to preserve vibrancy. After a smoothing treatment or Brazilian Blowout, avoid washing your hair or using clips, ties, or tucking behind the ears for the timeframe your artist specifies (typically 24–72 hours depending on the treatment). For all services, minimize heat styling when possible and always use a heat protectant when you do. A weekly deep conditioning mask will help maintain moisture and shine. For extensions, use a loop brush or wide-tooth comb and avoid applying conditioner directly to the bonds or tape. We recommend beginning your bridal hair journey six months before your wedding day. If you are considering a color change or balayage, start the process at least four to six months out so your colorist can build your ideal shade gradually and naturally. Schedule your bridal trial approximately two to three months before the wedding — this dedicated session allows your stylist to perfect your look, test accessories and veils, and make any adjustments. Bring inspiration photos, your veil or headpiece, and any hair accessories to your trial. For day-of logistics, plan for your stylist to begin two to three hours before your ceremony for the bride, with additional time for each member of the bridal party. We offer both in-salon and at-home bridal services at all three locations. We want every first visit to feel effortless. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early so our front desk team can welcome you, offer you a beverage, and ensure a smooth check-in. If you have booked a color, smoothing, or specialty service, please arrive with clean, dry hair unless your artist has advised otherwise. A complimentary consultation is included with every first appointment so your stylist can understand your goals and recommend the ideal approach. Parking information by location: our NYC salon at 969 Madison Avenue (entrance on 76th Street) is nearest to the Carlyle Garage at 51–53 East 76th Street between Park and Madison Avenues, open 24 hours; the 35 East 75th Street Valet Garage (Propark) between Park and Madison is also a short walk. Metered street parking is available on Madison Avenue and surrounding side streets. Our Greenwich salon at 1 East Putnam Avenue has metered street parking directly in front along East Putnam Avenue with a two-hour limit; the Town of Greenwich municipal parking lots on Greenwich Avenue are within a short walk. Our Sag Harbor salon at 23 Bridge Street has metered street parking on Bridge Street and Main Street; the Gravel Lot at 5 Bridge Street and the Meadow Street Lot at 1 Meadow Street both offer the first hour free. Yes. Warren Tricomi gift cards are available for purchase online and at any of our three salon locations. Gift cards are available in any denomination and make a wonderful gift for any occasion. They are redeemable at all Warren Tricomi locations — New York City, Greenwich, and Sag Harbor — and can be applied toward any service or retail product. Gift cards do not expire and carry no additional fees. To purchase online, visit our Gift Cards page or ask your salon’s concierge team for assistance.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash. Warren Tricomi gift cards — available for purchase on our website or at any of our salons — are also accepted. Payment is expected at the time of service. For specialty services including extensions, hair smoothing treatments, and bridal styling, a deposit of 50% of the service cost is kindly requested at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Please note that we do not offer refunds on completed services; however, we are always happy to arrange a complimentary redo within seven days if you are not fully satisfied. Gratuity for your artist may be added at checkout or left in cash — it is always appreciated but never expected.
We understand that plans change. For standard services, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. For specialty services — including extensions, hair smoothing treatments, and bridal styling — we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice due to the extended time reserved exclusively for you. Appointments cancelled with less than the required notice, or missed without prior communication, will be subject to a fee equivalent to the full service charge. However, if you need to cancel on the same day and are able to rebook within the same week, no cancellation fee will be charged — we simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible so we may accommodate you. Your deposit for specialty services is non-refundable for late cancellations. We encourage guests to reach out via text or email if anything comes up — our concierge team is always happy to help you find a new time.
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. While we do not offer refunds on completed services, if for any reason you are not completely pleased with your results, we invite you to contact us within seven days of your appointment so we may arrange a complimentary redo. Please note that if additional adjustments beyond the original service are required in order to achieve your desired look, extra charges may apply. We kindly ask that all redo requests be discussed directly with your technician, who can best assess what is needed. We understand that unexpected delays happen. However, to ensure we can deliver the full quality of service you deserve — and to respect the time reserved for our next guest — we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time may need to be rescheduled, as our artists may not be able to complete the full service within the remaining time. If you are running late, please contact your salon’s concierge team via text or email as soon as possible — we will always do our best to accommodate you.
For your comfort and to protect your clothing, we provide luxurious robes for all guests during their service. We kindly ask that you remove any items that may be affected by products or treatments before your appointment begins. While we take every care to maintain a secure environment, Warren Tricomi is unable to assume responsibility for personal items that may be misplaced or left behind. We encourage all guests to keep valuables and personal belongings with them at all times. Should you believe you have left something at one of our salons, please contact your location’s concierge team and we will do our best to assist.
