Do I need to book a consultation before my first service?
For most services — haircuts, blowouts, color — a consultation is included at the start of your appointment. For extensions, bridal, and smoothing treatments, we recommend scheduling a separate complimentary consultation first so we can create the best plan for you.
How do I book my first appointment?
The easiest way is to text or email your preferred location. You can also book online through our Zenoti booking system. If you are unsure which service to start with, just let us know and we will guide you.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Just yourself. If you have inspiration photos for a haircut or color, feel free to bring those — they help your stylist understand your vision. No other preparation is needed.
How long will my first appointment take?
It depends on the service. A haircut typically takes 45–60 minutes. A balayage or color service may take 2–3 hours. A blowout is about 45 minutes. We will confirm the expected time when you book.
Is there a cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. For specialty services (extensions, smoothing, bridal), 72 hours' notice is required. If an emergency arises, text or email us and we will work with you to reschedule.
